1. Return Policy Overview

2. Shipping & Delivery Considerations

Products arrive via China local courier, by air, or by sea.

Customs authorities may inspect cartons, which could occasionally result in minor damage.

Local courier/transport fees are not included in the product price.

By air: 15–20 days from warehouse

By sea: 45–60 days from warehouse

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
3. Damages & Issues

Defective or damaged

Different from what was described or ordered

The wrong size or color (Note: 5–10% color variation due to lighting or screen resolution is normal)

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided for the following cases:

Item is damaged or defective upon arrival (claim must be made within 2 days of receiving the item with photos).

Item does not match the product description on our site.

Size or color does not match the order.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds are not available if:

Incorrect address provided, resulting in non-delivery

Customer changes mind after delivery

Item is inspected by customs and found compliant

Items have already been delivered from supplier’s warehouse (return shipping costs borne by customer)

By air products exceed 40 days or by sea products exceed 90 days—refunds then processed conditionally

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized orders

Electronics with no warranty

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the EU are eligible for cancellation or return within 14 days for any reason without justification.

Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
