  • We do not keep ready stock; all orders are fulfilled directly from our China suppliers.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Product prices are subject to change without notice.

  • For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • 70–100% advance payment is required for all orders. Remaining payments and shipping charges must be paid upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method:

    • By air: 15–20 days from arrival at our warehouse

    • By sea: 45–60 days from arrival at our warehouse

  • Local courier/transport fees are not included in product prices and are calculated separately based on actual weight.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other external factors.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days once the return is verified.

Return and Refund Exceptions

  • No refunds for customer’s change of mind.

  • No refunds if items are delivered partially due to multiple suppliers/orders unless full payment is cleared.

  • Electronics do not carry warranties.

  • Returns are not accepted if items are damaged after leaving our supplier’s warehouse.

  • By air products: refunds considered after 40 days; by sea products: after 90 days from shipment.

  • Products prohibited by customs cannot be ordered. If ordered, the order will be canceled, and gateway fees (2.5%) deducted before refund.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on our site is accurate, complete, and current. However, we do not guarantee complete accuracy. Content is provided for general information purposes only.
